After visiting Rochester’s new state-of-the-art facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, First National Bank Sioux Falls awarded Rochester its branch work, which includes preparing cash and coin for more than 40 locations. Tracy Dreessen, manager of customer service and sales coordinator, explained that the Rochester sales team was thrilled when key individuals came to the Sioux Falls Open House, which showcased the new building.

“When the team from First National Bank Sioux Falls had a chance to visit our new facility, they saw firsthand the best practices that we have in place that would help them minimize risk and increase efficiency,” Dreessen said. “It was on the tour that the bank was able to really envision how the solution we offer could actually work for them.”

Rochester’s CVS program helps banks like First National Bank Sioux Falls minimize excessive liability within its branches by ordering and shipping cash in smaller amounts, Dreessen explained. The program also saves the bank time and labor. First National Bank Sioux Falls is a great local bank, Dreessen said. “We are looking forward to growing a strong partnership with them.”
