October 2024 — During his nearly 20 years with the company, Neal Benally has progressed through several positions. He began his career with Rochester as Branch Manager of the Sioux Falls branch. Over time, he quickly expanded his responsibilities and was promoted to his current role of General Manager of North and South Dakota in 2018. His knowledge, experience, and drive have led him to be a key part of various operation projects within North and South Dakota as well as other markets throughout the years.

Rochester Armored Car recently announced that in addition to serving

as General Manager of North and South Dakota, Benally will also be taking on the additional role of Director of Cash-in-Transit.

In his role as Director of Cash-in-Transit, Benally’s primary responsibility is to facilitate the secure movement of cash and valuables between Rochester’s facilities and customers. He will work to ensure that all Rochester terminals have proper processes and procedures in place that provide a seamless and secure flow of cash and coin to Rochester’s customers. As a director, he operates at the enterprise level, working with operations and training teams, the sales team, and the administrative team to ensure all the pieces are in place for successful execution of initiatives.

Benally has played an instrumental role in the recent roll-out of scanning technology throughout Rochester’s footprint, quickly becoming one of Rochester’s Cirreon experts.  As Director of Cash-in-Transit, he will leverage this experience and knowledge and help the company optimize this technology to better service its customers and create operational efficiencies.
